Convention Registration Fees for the Lone Star Stampede will be $160 per person if you register by December 31, 2007 (postmark date).

Registrations postmarked on or after January 1, 2008 will be $185 per person.

If you wish to purchase a Banquet Only registration for a spouse or friend, the cost will be $50 per person.

All convention registrants must be 13 or older to attend. We ask that parents make other arrangements for small children.

The convention banquet will be a buffet with beef, chicken and vegetarian entrees.

Refund Policy

We must receive written notification by December 31, 2007 to reimburse the full registration amount. Written cancellations received between January 1 and June 30, 2008 will be refunded half of their registration fees. No cancelation refunds will be given after June 30, 2008.

Cancellation Policy Addendum

None of the deadlines have changed, but we are giving registrants another option if they need to cancel. Registrants can still send written notice and receive a 50% refund directly from the Lone Star Stampede until the deadline of June 30, 2008.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE 19TH ANNUAL NATIONAL SWEEPSTAKES CONVENTION (LONE STAR STAMPEDE), AUGUST 29-31, 2008 IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS AND WOULD LIKE TO SELL YOUR REGISTRATION YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE RULES.

1) The person selling the registration (SELLER) is responsible for finding a BUYER, collecting all funds and submitting all paperwork as designated in rule number 2.

2) A completed registration form (filled out and signed by BUYER) and a $30 payment accompanied by a signed letter from the SELLER stating that the SELLER is selling his/her registration to the BUYER must be submitted to the Lone Star Stampede by the SELLER by the deadline of June 30, 2008. We will require 10 working days for personal checks to be processed and clear the bank before a confirmation will be sent to both the BUYER and the SELLER.

3) It is the BUYER's responsibility to make sure that the SELLER submits all paperwork in a timely manner.

4) The Lone Star Stampede is not responsible for any obligations between the BUYER and the SELLER, other than accepting payment and substituting the BUYER's registration form for the SELLER's when submitted properly. The Lone Star Stampede staff WILL NOT be involved in any disputes with either the BUYER or the SELLER about payment or registrations submitted.

5) Anyone who attempts to attend the Lone Star Stampede under any name other than their own will not be allowed entry.

6) You must be present to win a prize at the Lone Star Stampede. If you have purchased a registration and do not attend, you will not be included in any prize drawings.
