We have just been informed that we have acquired extra space in the San Antonio Marriott RiverCenter Ballroom (at no additional cost) so we are pleased to announce that we have extended our previous registration cut-off of 960. We already have over 900 registered attendees. You will not want to miss this year's convetnion. It promises to be the biggest and the best!

Did you complete your convention survey?

An email was sent to all registered attendees with a link to the survey in mid-January. It is extremely important that everyone going to San Antonio participate in the survey so we can make the BIG announcement a HUGE success! Special Announcement: December 2, 2007

A forum has now been added for convention information. It is free and open to the public. Please register and join us with any discussions about the convention or sweepstaking in general. The forum is not meant to be a newsletter, so we will not be posting any actual sweepstakes information. If you would like to see a topic we left out please let us know what it is and we will try to make it happen. Our purpose is to bring all of the people attending the convention together regardless of which newsletter boards they normally post on. Special Hotel Rates

Hotel Rooms are $125 per night for two people. These special room rates are available three days prior and three days after the convention, August 25, 2008-September 4, 2008. Reservations by convention attendees must be received by the hotel on or before Monday, August 1, 2008.

Convention Schedule

We are posting our convention schedule early in response to a large number of questions. With over a year to go there will be many changes, but this basic schedule should remain the same. We hope this helps you in planning your trip to San Antonio for the convention. We recommend that you plan on staying for the full convention when making your travel arrangements as there will be many good prizes given away on Sunday morning and you are required to be present to win.
